What kind of properties do you manage?

We specialize in managing short-term rental properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, where vacation travelers can book our properties. We work with a wide variety of property types, from apartments and condos to cottage vacation homes and guest suites. We do not manage private room rentals.

What if my home is unfurnished?

While we love design, we don’t provide full furnishing of homes as part of the standard service. We are happy to recommend local third-party partners who do staged-to-stay design and furnishing services. As long as your property is already furnished, we can come in and provide curated recommendations for how to uplevel the home and make it visually attractive for Airbnb guests.

How do you vet guests?

Our guest vetting process is thorough and comprehensive. We require guests to provide government identification and have positive reviews from past stays. Furthermore, we review the purpose of each trip and manually oversee each booking that comes in. Our guest experience team, many of whom are Airbnb superhosts themselves, leverage their wealth of experience to ensure we accept only ideal bookings, prioritizing your property’s safety and the quality of stay for our guests.

What happens if there’s damage?

For Airbnb listings, hosts are covered by a $1 million host guarantee for property damage, and a $1 million host protection insurance for liability. For VRBO and other platforms, we take security deposits, have liability insurance, and can guide you in setting up additional insurance if required. Your property’s protection is one of our top priorities. We are there with you every step of the way if something like this comes up and will help file the claims. We also recommend having additional short-term rental insurance for events that are not covered through Airbnb bookings

How do I get paid?

Airbnb has made it really simple over the last few years! Airbnb pays you directly and pays us through your listing as a co-host. You get full transparency of guest costs, owner payouts and co-host fees.

How do you determine pricing?

We use a dynamic pricing strategy which takes into account factors like seasonality, local demand, events, and historical data to adjust the nightly rates accordingly. This approach ensures your property is competitively priced to maximize occupancy and revenue.

How do you manage maintenance?

We have a network of handy pros and technicians across the GTA available at the tip of our fingers to swiftly address any issues that arise. Regular property checks and preventive maintenance are part of our standard service to keep your property in prime condition. 

What is the min. contract period?

We believe in providing flexible solutions to our clients, so there is no minimum. However, given the startup efforts, we do recommend at least 6 months of availability and commitment.
